Meet Vasayo's Founder & CEO, Dallin Larsen. "Life is about Learning, Growing and Becoming a blessing to others." I contemplate various Life Lessons I’ve experienced and I video record them in hopes that my life experiences will bless others! Growing up, I experienced being slugged in the face by my High School vice Principal to being told by our football coach that I’d never graduate to scoring a 13 on the ACT college entrance exam, a score that I’ve yet to see anyone underperform in the last 38 years! Yet, because I refused to believe these experiences defined me, I began consciously making some “best” choice decisions and over the next almost 40 years have gone on to earn a bachelor’s degree, start over 20 businesses, start a company that would generate global revenue of nearly a billion a year and was recognized in 2009 as an Ernst and Young National Entrepreneur of the Year. In my early 40’s and prior to our financial success, I knew what it was like to be within months of declaring bankruptcy and feeling those horrible knots in my stomach, not knowing how I was going to turn things around financially to provide for my new bride and our 8 kids. Conversely, I know what it’s like to break through that fear through “best” choice decisions and go on to achieve a degree of financial success.

Daniel Picou - President North America
Meet Vasayo's President of North America, Daniel Picou. Daniel Picou has built two successful companies that were later acquired in the B2B digital marketing space. This included the creation and management of campaigns that involved targeted traffic, customer engagement, and lead generation for both customer and representative acquisition. He has also served as an outside strategic consultant on projects with KPMG and BCG focused on helping businesses expand operations and gain market share, and as an expert in global business strategy and development. Picou understands that companies today must be strategic and data-driven to stay on top of market trends and to meet customer needs. He has a deep understanding of how every decision can affect the overall culture and well-being of an organization. Picou desires to influence the lives of as many individuals and families as possible through his passion for relationship marketing.
Dan Zhu - Co-Founder and President Asia
Meet Vasayo's President of Asia, Dan Zhu. Dan Zhu has 20 years’ leadership experience in the direct selling industry, and has successfully launched and managed markets throughout Asia for two multi-million dollar direct sales companies. Zhu spearheaded successful market launches into both Hong Kong and Taiwan soon after he joined MonaVie in 2010 as Vice President of Greater China. In 2012, Dan was promoted to President of Asia-Pac, inclusive of the Greater China region, Southeast Asia region, Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) region, and Korea. Throughout his career, Dan has demonstrated a propensity for creating strategies and executing plans that deliver on sales and EBITDA results. Originally from China, Zhu came to the United States in the 1990s to attend Utah State University where he received a Master of Science degree in Business. He has a deep appreciation for both Eastern and Western cultures and languages, as well as people from all over the world.
Brian Gill - Chief Marketing Officer
Meet Vasayo's Chief Marketing Officer, Brian Gill. With more than 16 years' experience in marketing and corporate communication, public relations, social media, email, and digital marketing, I help companies and people communicate their key messages to the right audience at the right time, and through the proper channels. I subscribe to a 360 degree marketing approach and believe that we must market to the man and the machine (Google) through a well-rounded, creative media mix. I've always had a natural empathy for and understanding of other people. This innate skill has not only helped me to be an effective written and verbal communicator who understands his audience, but also an empathic leader who empowers his team. I am looking to continue my career with a company or cause that values strategic marketing and communications at the highest level. Specialties: Strategic integrated marketing communication, corporate communication, social media, marketing, content marketing, email marketing, public relations, training and curriculum development, copywriting, editing, public speaking.

Meet Vasayo's Chief Operating Officer, Fred Black. I possess international operations expertise and business acumen. I am gifted at finding great vendors and keeping them on task. I build highly effective and cohesive teams. I am a motivating mentor. I am an Operations Expert, always striving to employ "level five" leadership qualities (“Good To Great”, Jim Collins). I challenge my teams to challenge the “norms”. I am not constrained by the conventional nor afraid to use it. When tradition is tired, using my teams we pioneer custom solutions. I am a profound problem solver. I recently cut COG’s by 33%! I have structured and managed Supply Chains and Operations reaching into and across more than 60 countries.

Dr. Emek Blair - Partner, Scientist & Product Development
Meet Vasayo's Scientist and Partner in charge of Product Development, Dr. Emek Blair. We have developed a new method for manufacturing liposomal dietary supplements that we license to manufacturing companies. This method structures lipids at room temperature and pressure allowing completely natural ingredients to be used; furthermore, extended stability and clinically proven effectiveness has been documented. Proper manufacturing design enable large scale to pilot manufacturing at the most competitive cost on the market (we can manufacture the highest quality products at the lowest price). Emek Blair, Ph.D. has won several awards for development of this technology from the science community. Various aspects of this technology is patent pending. Over the past years we have: -Implemented a new liposome manufacturing methodology (room temperature/pressure) at manufacturing sights -Launched several new product lines including Liposomal Vitamin C, Liposomal Glutathione, Liposomal Methyl-B12/Methyl-Folate, and Liposomal CoQ10 to increase bioavailibility -Implemented technology to solubalize oils and other water insoluble materials (e.g. water soluble krill oil, liposomal algae DHA, water soluble CoQ10) -Directed and presented research ( 2011 and 2012 ACS) -Top five finalist for Supplyside new produce innovation award for Liposomal Curcumin/Resveratrol Product
